Chamber Choices has proven to be an attractive choice for small businesses, their employees, and families.  Eligible businesses include the self-employed and also businesses of 2-99 employees.  To be eligible for enrollment a business must either be a member of the Montana Chamber of Commerce or any local participating Chamber of Commerce. 

Associated Benefits of Montana manages this program for the Montana Chamber.  Our role includes carrier negotiation, product development, member and broker service, as well as overall plan management. Choices is a fully insured health insurance program, underwritten by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana. 

Choices offers eleven different insurance plans, ranging from full benefit plans to High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP’s) and their accompanying Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s).  MCC is proud to offer an embedded deductible on the HDHP Montana plan.  This embedded deductible allows one or more individuals to meet the family deductible before claims begin to process.  In addition to the health plan, coverage for dental, vision and life insurance may be available as well.  Employers may carve out certain "coverage groups."
